COVID Policy

Integrity Wellness’ top priority has historically been the health of our clients and their employees. As concerns about COVID continue to grow, we want to provide you with an update on measures we are taking to ensure your employees’ safety. We would also like to highlight key considerations for your ongoing wellness programs – which, now more than ever, are fundamental to mitigating employee health risk.

Enhanced Onsite Screening Safety

Integrity Wellness is prepared to proceed with all scheduled on-site screenings. Screening team members have been fully equipped with safety updates including reinforcement of CDC guidelines for preventing COVID spread in communities.

PLEASE BE ASSURED - All Integrity Wellness employees will be provided with the necessary PPE (personal protection equipment) for each screening.

We are accustomed to conducting high-quality screening events all year long. Client space for events must provide for at least 6 feet between screening stations and team members must also remain 6 feet from participants when not providing hands on care. Team members are instructed to follow CDC guidelines for abstaining from working an event if they have symptoms of illness including; fever, sore throat, cough, muscle or body aches, headaches, a runny nose or feeling fatigued due to illness. Team member agreements also reinforce standards and expectations of protocol, including but not limited to OSHA regulations, HIPAA compliance, professionalism, safety and sanitation standards.

  • Integrity Wellness training always includes the following:
  • Gloves are REQUIRED. Team Members MUST wear a new pair of gloves with each new participant
  • Team Members MUST sanitize hands between each participant with the provided hand sanitizer
  • The scale is to be wiped with disinfectant between each participant • Biohazard waste is properly disposed of by the lead Team Member
  • DURING COVID - all stations will be disinfected between each appointment

Integrity Wellness further recommends our clients follow CDC guidelines for preventing COVID spread in communities. https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html. Both the individual employee and the employer are responsible for ensuring participants are well enough to attend onsite biometric screening events.

Thank you for your continued trust in Integrity Wellness. We are closely monitoring the situation and will issue any necessary adjustments and updates. Please Contact Nicole Offschanka at Integrity Wellness if you have any concerns or questions. Nicole@integrity-wellness.com or 704-618-0030.
